Global Pandemic - Covid 19

Welcome to the new world. It’s a world of physical distancing, masks, and uncertainty  resulting in Zoom rehearsals. What we thought would be only a few weeks stretched into months … and then years! Although we are thankful for online rehearsals, we really miss connecting, singing, and supporting each other in person.

We did our best to stay connected by having guest choruses join us (eg - Lion’s Gate Chorus, West Coast Harmony Chorus, … ask Lisa about Hawaii choruses …), guest speakers/coaching sessions (eg - Anna Lisa Glad, Sharon  Babb, Chris Rimple), and lots of fun themed nights (eg - Beach Party, Rehearsals Through the Decades 50s to 2000s, Channel Your Flannel Night, World Travels from Hawaii, Greece, Ireland, Italy, and Mexico; Masked Singer, Guilty Pleasures Survivor Game, Halloween Harmony Howl

We also collaborated virtually on two projects. Our Christmas project was the chorus singing The Most Wonderful Time of the Year and set to personal phots of how the chorus members were enjoying the winter season, Our other virtual project was visual recordings of the chorus members singing Lean on me, arranged into a compilation of all members singing together ,,, the closest thing we could get to singing together
